Advantage of ventilated facades.

The ventilation space regulates the transfer of heat to the walls and enables rapid evaporation of water. Due to the ventilation, the insulation remains dry and optimally efficient. In the case of tall buildings, there is a strong air current, so stone wool is usually factory-coated with a glass layer that protects the surface of the insulation from abrasion.

All parts have a strict arrangement and role within the system:

  • the existing wall of the building.
  • layer of thermal insulation.
  • substructure for panels.
  • facade panels.
  • profile at the panel joint.
  • space for ventilation.

A ventilated facade is a system for building the outer wall of houses, composed of a load-bearing metal substructure on which the facade panels are stacked, a layer of mineral wool for thermal insulation and a space for ventilation.

The panels form the final face of the facade. They provide a rich repertoire of designs and colors. They protect the facade from precipitation and contribute to sound and thermal insulation of the building. Due to their low mass, they significantly speed up the construction process and reduce the load on the load-bearing structure. They are manufactured and installed in such a way that they meet all the requirements of statics and beauty.

We offer solar, fiber cement, metal and hpl facade panels.
